Hello friends!

Just wanted to give a quick update on all things new here on the Race. As far as our ministry, we are still powering through our final weeks in Honduras and life has become quite routine in our very hot days. I can't wrap my head around leaving the church community we have built here or the idea that in less than two weeks we will be in another country... CRAZY!

With that being said, we have a little bit of a switch up for our next country! ARE YOU READY?

We are going to (drumroll please)...

EL SALVADOR!

We will be spending two weeks in El Salvador where we will be united with the other two teams on our squad (who, by the way, have been tenting on the side of a mountain for the last two months in Hondy). We are staying close to the capital city, San Salvador, in a hostel that is rated 9 stars on HostelWorld, so fingers crossed it treats us well!

De-Brief is a time where we gather- all teams, our leaders, and our squad mentors. We get to rest, hear stories about what the Lord taught different squadmates; go through a few discipleship classes with our mentors; laugh together at weird Honduran cultural constants; miss our families together and sit in a lot of gratefulness that we worship the one true God who is incredibly personal whether you're in the States or a small town in Honduras.

As much as I am going to miss this small town of Urraco, I am so excited to gather with our entire squad, have a good time of rest, and to get ready for our next ministry in Nicaragua!
